Using the Dashboard
The Patchly dashboard gives you a prioritized view of your security posture with AI-powered analysis.
Accessing the Dashboard
- Navigate to https://duckboard.patchly.ai
- Sign in with your Microsoft account
- Select your organization from the tenant picker
Dashboard Overview
Findings View
The main findings view shows all vulnerabilities detected across your environment, sorted by priority:
- Severity: Critical, High, Medium, Low (from Microsoft Defender)
- EPSS Score: Exploit Prediction Scoring System — the probability a vulnerability will be exploited in the next 30 days
- KEV Status: Whether the vulnerability appears in CISA’s Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalog
- Affected Devices: How many of your devices are impacted
Device View
See all devices in your environment with:
- Criticality Score: A 0-100 score reflecting business importance (based on users, roles, exposure)
- Vulnerability Count: Total findings per device
- Health Status: Device health from Microsoft Defender
User View
Understand user risk through:
- Criticality Score: Based on admin roles, group membership, and access patterns
- Vulnerable Devices: Devices associated with each user
- Admin Status: Whether the user holds privileged roles
Filtering and Search
Use the filter bar to narrow results:
- Severity: Filter by Critical, High, Medium, or Low
- CVE ID: Search for specific vulnerabilities
- Device: Filter findings for a specific device
- Date Range: View findings from a specific time period
Exporting Data
Export your findings for reporting:
- Apply the filters you want
- Click Export in the top-right
- Choose CSV or Excel format
- The export includes all visible columns with your current filters applied
Data Freshness
The dashboard header shows when data was last updated. Patchly syncs data nightly, so findings typically reflect the previous day’s state. See Data Freshness for details.
